We are proud to introduce our VRSF race & catted downpipe for your B58 X3 M40iX & X4 M40iX. This downpipe is THE best bang for the buck mod available. This downpipe is available in both race & catted configuration.
Back pressure is significantly reduced by eliminating the restrictive catalytic converter in the factory downpipe with our race or high flow 200 cell race cat which results in faster spool, an increase in power & a more aggressive exhaust note. Our downpipe features a full 4.5″ stainless steel design as well as a CNC 304 grade stainless steel flange that offers a smooth transition from the turbo to the mid pipes. All VRSF downpipes are hand crafted from SS304 grade stainless steel and include a lifetime warranty as well as our “No Hassle” satisfaction guarantee (includes fitment).
Please note that the warranty on the catted downpipe is limited to two years.

Excelent fitment. Welding is from great quality. The installation of the downpipe took me 1,5 hour. Plug and play. The sound is amazing! You can hear the turbo spooling. I’m very happy with this new downpipe. Shippment was also very fast! Thank you Vr-speed!

Not sure how many stars to give. I ordered the catted downpipe so I didn’t have to deal with check engine light or the smell of a cattless system. I have been a bmw tech for 15 years and have seen all the issues. It’s been one day and I have a check engine light for: catless downpipe installed. Not sure what the plan of action is at this point. We shall see. Also have the jb4 installed as well. The sound is great, superb fitment. I feel that the gasket and clamp should be included with the purchase. Luckily I work at the dealer and it wasn’t an issue, but for others it might be.

Satisfied with the downpipe so far, great styling albeit hidden. Would love for an option at checkout to add in the v band clamp as well as a new gasket. Overlooked that part myself and had to wait out the weekend for BMW parts to open. Other than that smooth install.

Wow, this is seriously good quality and also excellent price. I had my tuner fitted it and seek his feedback (they mostly do the more expensive brands) and he told me this is a quality product and was shocked with the price. Definitely recommended, it went on my X3 G01 M40i B58 engine.
