VRSF Charge Pipe Upgrade Kit
for your 2016 – 2023 F & G Series M140i, M240i, 340i, 440i, 540i, 740i, X3 & X4 BMW with the B58 engine.
Increase throttle response and decreases turbo lag with the VRSF Charge Pipe Upgrade for your F or G Series BMW with a B58 engine. Please refer to the chart below for exact fitment. Every VRSF Charge Pipe is constructed from mandrel bent, T6061 grade aluminum including the flanges. Each flange is precision machined from CNC billet aluminum, including the throttle body, intercooler and vacuum connections. After these are welded, they’re test fitted on multiple jigs in order to ensure proper fitment and a reliable, leak free connection.
Each VRSF charge pipe is finished in a durable wrinkle black powder coated finish that blends in perfectly with the engine bay. We also include one plugged 1/8″ NPT bung that can be used for water injection, boost leak testing or as a boost source. The OEM charge pipe is prone to failure at both stock and tuned boost levels which is why we include everything necessary to replace your flimsy OEM chargepipe including high quality, 4-ply silicone couplers as well as stainless steel t-bolt clamps.

Great product! But the clamp design I had a issue with fitment. Charge pipe clamp popped under load. Also the first bolt on the charge pipe fitment is not perfect when trying to screw OEM bolts

Installation was fairly straight forward following a Youtube video. The only suggestion for improvement would be to include hardware for the throttle body connection (stock screws hit the welds) and an O-ring for the turbo connection (reused the stock one). Otherwise no issues and it looks great in the engine bay.

I installed this charge pipe no problem! I felt the difference, I had it on sport + mode. Very good quality I checked on it after 1 month driving it’s same looking as new 🙂 I recommend this product for charge pipe since the original is known to break if you have a tuned car and you will feel much better even shifting faster and no turbo lag 😉
