VRSF Charge Pipe Upgrade Kit
for your 2010 – 2018 BMW X3 35iX, X4 35iX & X4 M40iX F25 F26 with the N55 engine.
Increase throttle response and decreases turbo lag with the VRSF Charge Pipe Upgrade for your F25/F26 BMW X3 35iX, X4 35iX & X4 M40iX. Every VRSF Charge Pipe is constructed from mandrel bent, T6061 grade aluminum including the flanges. Each flange is precision machined from CNC billet aluminum, including the throttle body, intercooler and vacuum connections. After these are welded, they’re test fitted on multiple jigs in order to ensure proper fitment and a reliable, leak free connection.
Each VRSF charge pipe is finished in a durable wrinkle black powder coated finish that blends in perfectly with the engine bay. We also include one plugged 1/8″ NPT bung that can be used for water injection, boost leak testing or as a boost source. The OEM charge pipe is prone to failure at both stock and tuned boost levels which is why we include everything necessary to replace your flimsy OEM chargepipe including high quality, 4-ply silicone couplers as well as stainless steel t-bolt clamps.
Additionally, we offer and recommend replacement throttle body c-clips and o-rings in case your original clip and gasket are lost or worn.

My oem plastic charge pipe blew out on my while making a 6 hour drive back home. It sounded like I hit something on the road. After some troubleshooting and consulting I made a “rope” out of duct tape, put it around the tmap sensor and tied it to my strut tower. Even though it didn’t allow for speeds over 65, it got me home. This replacement was a no brainer, the parts from VRSF are top quality! The X4 sounds richer on the start and gives a better overall performance. I’m very happy with my choice to go after market instead of oem.

Had a charge pipe blow on a customers X3, she was quoted over $1,000 for a new charge pipe, which would’ve been plastic again. Got this one and cut her bill in more than half. Be sure to align the clamps so they don’t contact your steering shaft. But other than that, its great. Great replacement, looks better, feels better, works better

I was initially concerned about the fitment and making sure the vacuum lines wouldn’t have to be altered to fit my specific x3, but the fitment was spot on an installation was easy. Very pleased with the product. Quality and workmanship are very good.

Perfect future & bullet proof solution for a blown stock F2X stock charge pipe. Crazy how some people have been through multiple stock units on stock boost. Fitment was on point, and contrary to some DIY’s, you can totally snake the stock / blown charge pipe out from the top of the engine bay once the airbox is removed. Takes a little bit of finagling to get the stock out, but 2 piece design much easier to get fitted on. use some silicone spray for added ease of getting the couplers on to the piping.

This is really a nice part. Its a real pain to install, but I’m very happy with the result. The shipping was incredibly fast too. I was able to re-use my seals with no problem.

Well engineered an manufactured. Challenging to install. I cut the top off with a saws-all which made it easier to remove the old one (see photo)
Everything fit well, never have to do that job again.

Overall this is the 2nd Charge pipe I have run on my cars. Again it did not disappoint and worked like a charge. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the clearance needs to be opened up a little on the slide where the C-clip for the throttle body is attached. The powder coating, although good quality, is inside that window and has to be scraped out for the clip to slide freely. Not a hard job and can be done with a flat blade screw drive or deburring tool.

Delivery was prompt. The product was a good fit. The quality was very good. My only problem I had was one of the stainless steel grub screws had a slight burr on it and caused some of the soft aluminium thread to be stripped out of the charge pipe when it was removed. I had to drill and tap an oversized thread. The other grub screw was fine.
