For your 2012 – 2018 F Chassis BMW X3, X4, 125i, 220i, 228i, 320i, 328i, 420i, 428i & xDrive N20 & N26
Increase throttle response and decreases turbo lag with the VRSF Charge Pipe for your F chassis N20 & N26 BMW. Our aluminum charge pipe features a CNC billet aluminum OEM throttle body flange and is finished in powder coated black. The VRSF charge pipe retains the OEM c-clip in order to provide a better seal over a conventional clamp/coupler design. We also include one plugged 1/8″ NPT bung for those who are currently using water injection or interested in using water injection in the future. Our charge pipes include a plugged 1/8″ NPT bung along with the couplers and clamps necessary for installation.

This charge pipe is made very well. Great quality and craftsmanship. I wish VRSF included instructions with the package or included a link to an official tutorial to make things a little easier to follow. The installation itself wasn’t difficult but there were some challenging steps to make sure everything fit perfectly. The package came with 4 clamps, however I only used two in my installation. I am not sure if the others are extras (they were different sizes) or if I missed a step somewhere… so far the car drives fine and there is no evidence of a boost leak.

Doesn’t come w/ new gaskets, either replace old ones or use them. Bit of a tight install but i leave that to having an xdrive model. Not the easiest to get seated on the throttle body or intercooler, I had to fix it bc it was leaking boost. Once it sits, it’s a decent fit. Worried about coupler cracking but i’ll figure it out when it happens. Other than that, great product, works well.

I purchased some cheap crumby pipes from Ebay that did not seal well at the connection points in the car. I figured this out from all of the oil residue around the throttle body and in that general area as well. pretty gross. I was also down on power pretty significantly. I ordered this product as the fix for that and it seems to be working wonderfully! Remember kids… buy right first and save time and headache!
