We are proud to introduce the VRSF high flow catted downpipe & mid pipe combo for your X5D BMW. This combo is THE best bang for the buck mod available for your X5D. Back pressure is significantly reduced by replacing the restrictive catalytic converter in the factory downpipe with a high flow 200 cell catalytic converter which results in faster spool, an increase in power & a more aggressive exhaust note.
VRSF downpipes are hand crafted from mandrel bent SS304 grade stainless steel tubing and our CNC precision machined flanges are also constructed from 304 grade stainless steel billet. Please note that the warranty on the catted downpipe is limited to 1 year.

Great build quality. Only gripes I have are mid pipe comes very close to heat shield and trans cross member. Hopefully it doesn’t end up rubbing and making noise. Tech support made me feel like I was bothering them when I had questions about fitment.

I just want to say how happy I am with both the product and even more so with thier customer service. I dealt with Cheryl on an issue with my order being hung up in the port for a prolonged period of time. Cheryl stayed in contact with me and went above and beyond to help me remedy the issue. The only problem that I initially had was getting in touch with someone via phone due to the way the phone system is set up. Once I emailed them requesting a phone call, I never encountered any further issues (and Cheryl rocked it from that point on!)I had originally ordered the catless version, however due to my time constraints had to cancel it and go with the high-flow catted version. I’m very happy with the quality of the downpipe and midpipe, and the fitment. Everything fit perfectly, and the hardware sent with it was great quality. Overall, I’m very happy with the product and c company and will do future business with them!

No EGR block off plate included. Everything else about the kit was great, welds, fit, etc., but no block off plate left me sidelined until I could get one made.

Installed on a 2010 x5d. Quality of welds and material seemed good. Fitment was not very good. Exhaust hung low and hit heat shields in a couple different areas.

Once the old is out…..fit perfectly. Reconnect egt and O2 sensors, add tune and your done.
