Increase throttle response, free up horsepower and decreases turbo lag with our high flow VRSF aluminum turbo outlet charge pipe kit for your N54. The OEM turbo outlet necks down to less than 1″ at the merge collector which creates a significant bottle neck on both stock and aftermarket turbos. Our 2″ high flow outlets remove that restriction which not only offers an increase in HP but also allows the turbos to work more efficiently which reduces overall wear. Gains of up to 30whp have been realized by replacing the factory outlets with our upgraded 2″ outlets.
This is a bolt on solution and does not require any additional components for installation. We include CNC machined v-band adapters that will work with both OEM and upgraded turbos. We include every accessory necessary in order to replace your restrictive OEM outlets with our high flow options. After extensive testing, we’ve discovered that using aluminum over silicone not only offers a more reliable solution but it also allows us to increase the size of the outlet which increases flow, all without sacrificing fitment.
Note: This item will not fit RHD cars without modification. These outlets will only fit on N54 models.

I’m a big guy with big hands so installing these outlets wasn’t easy. I was doing o2 sensors during this install so I removed the downpipes which really helped installing the rear turbo outlet connector but trying to install the front turbo was tougher. Had a friend with way smaller hands help me out. Got it on after almost 2 hours and a lot of swearing but overall impressed with the looks and the quality

Nice piece of kit. Definitely more volume that the factory piece. The fit is good. no rubbing. It’s tight fit though. It’s a 5 star piece. I gave it 4 stars because vrsf doesn’t give you any instructions. It’s very apparent where things go, but a simple 1 page instructions would save time. IE, figuring out the best orientation for the t-bolts clamps (for fit and servicing) would be great. Also, which pipes would be the best to go on first. which pipe is the better to preinstall the silicone coupler. Things like that. A proper order of operations would make the install go quicker and easier. For example, I preinstalled the silicone coupler to the front outlet pipe….installed the front outlet pipe. Then I installed the rear outlet pipe. Only then, did I realize that I had the couple too deep on the front outlet. But everything fits so tightly, I couldn’t slide the silicone coupler over to fit better on the rear outlet pipe. I ended up having to remove the rear outlet, adjust the couple, and then reinstall the rear outlet. Some picture, suggestions, and detailed instructions would have saved time and frustration.

J’avais déjà les inlets, intercooler 7’’, charge pipe….. il ne manquait que ça dans le système.
Je dirais que ça a fait une grosse différence. Avec les turbos d’origine j’ai quand même senti que j’avais plus de flow, alors j’imagine qu’avec des plus gros turbos ça doit être intense.
