Increase throttle response and decreases turbo lag with the VRSF chargepipe for your N54 E60 BMW 535i. Our aluminum chargepipe features a CNC billet aluminum OEM throttle body flange and is finished in powder coated black. The VRSF chargepipe retains the OEM c-clip in order to provide a better seal over a conventional clamp/coupler design. A plugged 1/8″ NPT bung is also included for those who are currently using water injection or interested in using water injection in the future.
Our chargepipes include 1 plugged 1/8″ NPT bung and the couplers and clamps necessary for installation. A replacement c-clip and o-ring are also available in case your original is damaged or worn. We also include everything necessary to retain the OEM DV’s.

Quality product but by no means a simple install. Working space is tight on the e60. Note you have to move power steering reservoir out the way and having 2 friends helps the install tremendously. Charge pipe enhanced the sound of my AFE intakes and the tial q bov sounds great and isn’t too loud and unnoticeable with the windows up. Only minor concern of mine is that the charge pipe rests on one of the power steering lines. I don’t think the pressure is too great where It will affect flow but something to be aware of. This worked very well with my Vader solutions BOV adapter
