Replace your restrictive factory intake system with the VRSF Dual Cone Intake Kit (DCI). The VRSF open air filters greatly increase flow in the mid to upper RPM range while introducing a more aggressive engine note. Gains of up to 20whp can be realized by replacing the restrictive factory intake with this bolt on kit. We include everything needed to replace the factory intake system.
This dual cone intake does not require any permanent modification and can be returned back to stock within minutes.

Super easy to install with a single flat head screwdriver. Just remove the two pipes and the 3 cables from the OEM intake housing, lift straight out and installing the VRSF DCI is completely intuitive. Tighten everything down and voila, easy breathing. I noticed way better throttle response right away. Sounds great! I highly recommend. It’s all quality materials and really well made.

When your just cruising around the car sound the same but once you accelerate it’s a whole different story. You can hear the turbos so much more. Even if your rev it now you can hear the intakes. I love it especially with my hks blow off valve. These turbo sounds are great. Also I heard these are better because your turbos can breathe easier because it’s not as restrictive as the stick air box.

Where to begin. The VRSF performance intake kit for the BMW N54 335i has it all. Easily installed, fitment is perfect (the shorter tubes are great and give the filters room, I’ve seen competitor models with longer tubes that cause the filters to have to be forced in next to each other where they stay smashed together, possibly causing damage), really lets you hear your turbos, significant power increase and competitive pricing. It really is the best bang for your buck. On top of that the VRSF customer service is helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

This product was a great addition to the FMIC and DP’s from VRSF. It only took a few minutes to get the stock box out and these fastened into place. The sounds is strong and I was able to drop a full tenth off my 0-60 time in my first run putting me at 4.0! Great company with high quality parts.

As for the sound it does awaken the turbos and you can hear them breathing much more. Performance you can feel it definitely with a tune, not so sure about stock because I JB4’d the car immediately. I just installed these vrsf dual cone intakes on my 2009 BMW 335xi and all I jave to say is wow. To start, it only took 2.5 days to ship to Canada and took about 20 minutes to install.
Nows lets talk about sound. At low rpms it honestly sounds the exact same. However, once I began to press on the gas about 1/3 of the way or more, I could hear a very nice sounding turbo spool. Its about time my turbos made some noise!
As for performance, I noticed my throttle to be more responsive and slightly more aggressive. When I put my foot to the floor I really took off with a nice turbo scream as well.
Revving the engine with the hood opened is now about 1.5 times louder than stock, the turbos are litterally screaming and I love it.
Overall a great product that I would highly reccomend to any 335i owner who wants to hear their turbos spool and get more horsepower from their engine.
